Where have all the pieces gone
of this fragile heart of mine
It's been divied up so many times
Not one fragment can I find
It's been given to children, a once husband
a friend and lover or two
It's been sliced in so many directions
that I think I need one new
So Lord renew this heart so frail
Please use some special glue
Please fill this void I now feel
With nothing but Love from You
Then once again I may parcel out
A little here and there
Right now there's nothing left to give
It's empty, lost and bare
Please fill it with your Spirit Lord
please fill it with Your Light
Please make it strong and hearty
Strengthened by your might
